With identical 13-1 records, Columbia College and College of the Sequoias are 2025-26 Central Valley Conference men's basketball co-champions. The CVC title marks the seventh straight for Sequoias while Columbia takes its third title since the 2019-20 season.
The two squads split their meetings this season with COS winning the regular-season finale at home against the Claim Jumpers to earn a share of the crown.

NORTHERN CALIFORNIA REGIONAL PLAYOFFS
Both Columbia and Sequoias will represent the Central Valley Conference in the 2026 Northern California Regional Playoffs. Brackets were announced on Sunday.
With a 23-5 overall record and higher WPI score, Columbia earned the conference's top playoff spot and is the No. 9 regional seed. Columbia will host No. 24 Napa Valley College (12-16) in an opening-round playoff game on Wednesday (Feb. 25).
Sequoias (22-6 overall) received the No. 11 seed for the postseason and will host No. 22 San Joaquin Delta College (13-14) in a first-round game on Wednesday.
Three wins are needed by the two squads to advance to the 3C2A State Championships on March 13-15 at COS in Visalia.
2025-26 ALL-CVC POSTSEASON AWARDS
Columbia's Rob Hoyt and COS' Dallas Jensen shared Coach of the Year honors while Cameron Kelly from College of the Sequoias was named the Central Valley Conference Most Valuable Player to top the list of postseason award winners.
All-conference awards were announced on Saturday.
